As a Polish native speaker, I'd like to correct your sentence (Sorry! Grammar Nazi). You probably want something along lines of "No, Radowicz, do not transfer the money yet, I told you...". What you have is understandable, but the verbs and structure are slightly off; we have to conjugate them in Polish, and the end also changes depending on gender of speaker (yes, complicated, I know ;)).
"Przelewać" is infinitive; speaking to a single 'you' in imperative makes it "przelewaj" (in this case, it's the same for all genders).
"Tell" in past tense, said by man, would be "mówiłem". The "a" vowel indicates female speaker. Additionally, you also have to conjugate 'money', because you are using genitive - so from basic plural form "pieniądze" you will get "pieniędzy".
Correctly it would be: "Nie, Radowicz, nie przelewaj jeszcze tych pieniędzy, mówiłem ci..." ("Tych" is something like your English "the", not really necessary, but makes it sound more natural).
