Scout:

Alex Pettyfer on the left has the added benefit of actually being nineteen until April, which means I can post that picture and not feel like a perv. (Mostly). Scout-as-a-girl was really hard to cast in my head, but I think Alexandra Daddario (on the right) works--look at her in the trailer for Percy Jackson and the Olympians, she kicks major amounts of ass.

Soldier:

Neal McDonough and Lena Headey, respectively--both people who look like they can handle a rocket launcher before breakfast.

Pyro:

I think if I attempted to cast Pyro he (she?) would come to my house and set me on fire.

Demoman:

Don Cheadle (the new Jim Rhodes/War Machine in Iron Man) can pull off the right combination of wacky and deadly, and Naomie Harris can do crazy and dangerous at the same time--she's Tia Dalma, from Pirates of the Caribbean.

Heavy:

The guy is Konstantin Khabensky, from the Nochnoy dozor/Dnevnoy dozor [Night Watch/Day Watch] films by Timur Bekmambetov; the girl is Brooke Elliott, from CBC's Drop Dead Diva, and she's awesome.

Engineer:

Aaron Eckhart has been one of my crushes from The Dark Knight (uh, pre-Two Face), and he can do the whole drawly-Texan-twang while racking up the body count thing. Miranda Otto would look the part in a hard-hat and overalls, and also be able to take you out with a wrench (Eowyn, anyone?).

Medic:

Thomas Kretschmann, who is actually German and played a Nazi in The Pianist, and Kate Winslet, who is not actually German but played one very, very well in The Reader.

Sniper:

Rib Hillis is mostly famous for being a soap star and cameos in CSI and Two and a Half Men, but give him the right haircut and hand him a pair of aviators and he could make it work. Naomi Watts could pull off the hat and glasses, too.

Spy:

Both Mathieu Amalric and Eva Green are French (bad guy in Quantum of Solace and Bond girl in Casino Royale, respectively), and I dare you not to look at this picture and think of this.
